The Compliance Board is an independent oversight body elected by SUTA members to help ensure transparency, accountability, and adherence to the Association's Bylaws, Guidelines, and governance policies. The Board monitors organizational compliance, reviews governance matters, and provides recommendations to the Board of Directors.




If you have concerns regarding compliance, governance, election procedures, or any matter related to the responsibilities of the Compliance Board, you may submit your inquiry through the official online form. All submissions are handled confidentially and reviewed by the Compliance Board.
The Compliance Board safeguards SUTA's governance by ensuring accountability, transparency, and adherence to the Association's governing documents.
Monitor the Association's operations to ensure compliance with the Bylaws, Guidelines, and approved policies.
Audit the organization's financial activities and review compliance with financial governance practices.
Prepare and present an annual Compliance Board report during the Annual General Assembly.
Observe General Assemblies and election processes to help ensure fairness and transparency.
Review complaints, investigate governance issues, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
Request a Special General Assembly whenever circumstances require additional oversight.
The Compliance Board is established under Article 10 of the SUTA Bylaws as an independent oversight body responsible for monitoring governance, transparency, and compliance across the Association.
