The Saturday, August 31 program will be held at Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls–Fallsview, 5685 Falls Ave, Niagara Falls, ON L2E 6W7, Canada.
There are many hotels, bed & breakfasts, and Airbnb properties within walking distance of the venue. You may reserve your accommodation using one of the following services:

To obtain the best rates, we recommend booking your accommodation as early as possible.
Please note that the Early Bird registration deadline has been extended from May 31 to June 25, 2024 (11:59 PM Eastern Time).

Dependents under 12 years of age receive a 50% discount.

All registrations must be completed by a SUTA member. Each registration generates an invoice based on the member's membership level, with discounted pricing available for student members.
If you do not have dependents or guests, simply skip those sections and continue to the next step.
Important: If you are registering only yourself, do not enter any values for Dependent & Guest Charges and do not use the Add Guest button. The system will automatically generate an invoice for the member only.
If you are registering dependents (spouse or children) or additional guests, complete the following steps:
- Select the appropriate Dependent and Guest charges.
- Add Guest Information for every dependent and guest.
The registering member should enter the number of dependents and guests based on:
- Attendee category (Dependent or Guest)
- Functions they plan to attend (Full Event or Gala Only)
- Applicable membership level (Regular Member, Student Member, or Non-member Guest)
The following illustration shows the available options for adding dependents and guests.
The prices shown below are Early Bird prices.
Use the Add Guest button once for each guest or dependent to enter their information.
The total number of dependents and guests entered in the registration form must match the total number of Guest Information records that you create.
This information will be used to issue tickets and generate confirmation letters, which may also be required for Visa applications.
Payment
Submitting your registration generates an invoice based on your membership type and any dependent or guest registrations. If the total number of registrants does not match the total number of names entered, the invoice will be adjusted accordingly, which may delay issuing confirmation letters for Visa applications.
The preferred payment method is Credit/Debit Card. If you would like to use another payment method, please contact billing@suta.org .
Cancellation Policy
Paid registrations may be cancelled for a 50% refund before June 1st.
After May 31st, registration fees are generally non-refundable, except for valid circumstances at the discretion of the SUTA Board.
Members requiring a Visa may request an invitation letter for paid registrations (member and dependent guests).
Invitation letters will be issued after full payment has been received. Requests should be sent to reunion2024@suta.org .
Please note that invitation letters require processing time. No invitation letters will be issued for registrations fully paid after June 15th.
