REFUND POLICY

Our Refund Policy provides clear guidelines regarding membership fees, event registrations, donations, and other payments made to SUTA. We are committed to transparency and fairness while ensuring that all requests are handled consistently and in accordance with the Association's policies.

Refund Policy

Sharif University of Technology Association (SUTA)

Refunds for SUTA local events will be granted in accordance with the policies established by the applicable local Chapter.

For reunion events, the applicable refund policy will be published together with the event registration package.

Refunds for memberships will not be granted.

For additional information regarding privacy practices or refund requests, please contact the SUTA Board of Directors.
